| Department Description | Global Repair - Repair Engineering and Optimization - Software Tools team. The team is creating tools that support the repair suppliers and enable them to repair Motorola products. |
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
- Ensure and support the functionality of the MSU/RSD SW packages
- give systematic feedback on technical issues with MSU/RSD as a tool
- provide input for further optimization of MSU and RSD to optimize utilization for external SW updates at consumers but also in our repair suppliers
- coordinate the requirements between the different regions
- as part of the SW Tools team also support the integration of the SW-Update tools into the overall SW Tools strategy^^
Specific Knowledge/Skills
- bachelor in electrical engineering / IT or similar
- experience with matrix organizations
- experience with international cooperation required
- good team player - cross cultural
- self motivated and results driven
- experienced with SW projects - ideally in the service environment
- analytic understanding of complex IT infrastructure
- understanding of customer requirements for SW solutions
