Account Manager, SC: Cass Information Systems

Cass Information Systems , celebrating over 103 years in business, is a market leader in payables processing and information services. Due to our growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to assist our nationwide network of clients. Our client relations staff plays a key role in our success by maintaining client service standards setting us apart from our competition. Our Client Account Managers act as dynamic and energetic liaisons between our clients and internal operations staff regarding individual client’s processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for support of assigned national clients. This is not a sales position.

What we need from you:

• The ability to analyze technical problems, as well as define new requests from existing clients, and implement system solutions for new clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Enthusiastic individual who thrives in a partnership setting
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions
• High sense of energy enabling you to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, demanding environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel 30% within the United States, mainly on the west coast
