2nd Shift Shipping Lead to report directly to 2nd Shift Supervisor



Back-up to Supervisor, but will be in the daily rotation. Must be flexible and able to work with Supervisor and adjust schedule to ensure coverage of Shift.

Must be able to perform all shipping functions including trucking, pull/pack orders, and RF Scanners.

Interact with Supervisor to help achieve our Packer Productivity measures.

Responsible for safety of Packers and security of the building during Supervisor's absence.
