Role Summary
Lead skilled Team Members in an automotive manufacturing environment to meet and exceed company goals and objectives.
Role Responsibilities
o Lead skilled Team Members in an automotive manufacturing environment to meet and exceed company goals and objectives.
o Manage the quality process to ensure processes meet quality standards
o Create a continuous improvement environment to develop best in class production system
o Coordinate activities with the production team/maintenance team to improve or meet product quality
o Monitor product quality with improvement activities for assigned areas of production
o Collaborate with other production departments, quality, production control, and engineering to provide best in class product quality
o Guiding, evaluating and supporting employees
o Motivate team members and develop teamwork
o Recording absence and presence of employees and teams
o Cooperation with audit teams
Job Requirements:
Years of experience: 3-5 years job related experience; automotive background preferred

Work flexibility (travel requirements, work schedule, etc.): Travel: 40-80% initially, 0-10% after SOP (Start of Production). Work schedule: will vary based on project progress and initiatives
