External Description: Providence is calling an Assisted Living Coordinator (C.N.A.)
Will be responsible for day-to-day management of the residents living in the community's licensed apartments, ensuring that WA State Boarding Home regulations are followed and that resident needs are met. Specific focus on supervision and management of the resident aide staff (NARs and NACs) caring for residents in licensed apartments. Ensure adequate day-to-day staffing and scheduling of resources. Will run regular system reports and fill-in as a resident aide as needed.

Position Specifics.
This position is located at Providence Heritage House at the Market in Seattle, WA. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position, working full-time. Just minutes from Pike Place Market!
REQUIREMENTS
Education: NAC with some college classes or NAC working on advanced health degree. Nurse Delegation certificate. Modified Fundamentals of Care Certificate as well as Caregiver Specialty Dementia and Mental Health Certificates
Licenses/Certifications: Must have current NAC licensure, CPR.
Experience: Must have 3-5 years successful work with older adults in residential settings (Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Home Health). Demonstrated ability to provide great customer service. Demonstrated ability to manage paraprofessional staff. Experience managing professional/non-professional staff. Demonstrated ability to teach residents and staff. Excellent communication skills. Community and facility based experience.
