POSITION REQUIREMENTS Under the direct supervision of the license nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides basic patient care in accordance with individual needs, Hospital policy and standards of patient care. Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent. At least one (1) year experience as a Nursing Assistant preferred. Formal Nursing Assistant training preferred. Current California Nursing Assistant certification preferred and current BLS card required. This position is represented by SEIU-UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
