21st Century Grain currently has an opening for a Lab Technician • Ensure all products, in process and finished, meet internal and external specifications. • Prepare and analyze all oat, barley, and coated grain product samples including the chemical testing of moisture, sucrose, and peroxidase. • Physical testing of granulation, thickness, water absorption and viscosity. • Organoleptic testing of flavor, color, and odor. • Communication of out of specification product with production personnel. -Full-time, temporary position -Pay range: $13.50 to $15.00 Lift: 50 to 75 lbs -Recommended : Associates degree required Qualified applicants please apply at 21st Century Grain by calling 402-494-3000 to set up appt.
