Director of Pharmacy
Will manage department and establish policies, procedures, standards and objectives for provision of services. Evaluate performance, maintain quality assurance and coordinate with other departments to provide maximum level of services to patients and staff. Directs the Medication Management and Delivery System throughout the organization. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy. License and registration as required. Experience as a staff pharmacist in a hospital of similar institution necessary.
