RESPONSIBILITIES: - Establishes and maintains high-level relationships with business decision makers (C-level executives) at major corporations with multiple locations within a specific industry.- Assists other National Account Executive’s to work through the sales process in opportunities that are designated strategic by the V.P. of Sales to increase the close ratio’s of these strategic accounts. - Can sell at the fortune 1000 level and above - Secures new accounts while managing and growing sales revenue of existing key accounts. - Prepares proposals and contracts to present to decision makers. - Investigates competitor products, promotions, and sales strategies. - Has a complete understanding of pricing and overall marketing practices. - Conducts sales calls to follow-up on all accounts to ensure satisfaction with all agreements made during sales process. - Demonstrates superior knowledge and expertise of all aspects of voice and data products. - Understands billing, rate structures, and pricing models. - Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
