The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of all Human Resource functions within the assigned area of responsibility. This usually encompasses multiple DC's and the Stores serviced within the Region. The HR Manager will also be required to act as a change agent within his or her Region and be familiar with the business operations there in.
