Overview:

Products include Integrated RIS/PACS solutions, Cardiology, Mammography and Computed Radiography and Digital Hardcopy solutions. Agfa provides doctors and hospitals state of the art technology critical in patient care, data/ records management and retention.

Agfa Imaging Division is currently in need of a dedicated, qualified Field Service Engineer/Customer Support Engineer to support and help grow our customer base in area.

Territory - This position is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico covering surrounding customer facilities.

Travel - Some overnight travel required.



Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and repair medical equipment within assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to insure customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize time to meet service needs and insure our contracted goals are met or exceeded.
• Grow business through the sale of technology refreshes, maintenance agreements product upgrades.
• Adhere and comply with all quality standards and regulations.
• Timing accurate completion and filing of all administrative tasks involved in supporting territory and its customers.
• Accountable for all parts, tools assigned.
• Accident / Incident free operation of assigned company vehicle.



Qualifications:

• Two year associates degree in electronics and/or military experience in electronics.
• Certifications such as A+, MCSE or other a definite plus.
• Field Service work in medical field preferred but not mandatory.
• Requires great time management skills a must, self starter a must along with ability to identify and diagnose complex problems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet customers needs.
• Basic networking or IT experiences a plus.
• On Call availability required on a rotating basis nights and weekends, to support customer requests for service after hours.
