Inpatient Program Director - (Hospital / Acute Care Rehab / Inpatient)


Multiple Positions located in or near Los Angeles, CA – Cincinnati, OH, - Virginia Beach, VA – Eagle Pass, TX


Excellent compensation / Benefits / Relocation package

Oversee day to day operations of an Inpatient Acute Care Physical Rehabilitation Program in Hospital Setting.


Hospital Rehab Management and Clinical background as a Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Registered Nurse or Medical Social Worker (MA level), PTA or OTA with healthcare administration degree or MBA.


Must have 5 years management experience in rehab hospital setting - inpatient acute rehabilitation

  • Supervise a team of nursing, therapy, and healthcare professionals
  • Direct program development, quality improvement, and community
    education/marketing activities
  • Be responsible for financial management, census development,
    unit operations, and client & physician relations
