Staff Accountant



Execuforce seeks Staff Accountant for a Hi-Tech company located in the Peninsula . This is a contract position.

Job Description:

- Responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable including collections

- Work closely with operations and cross functional teams to manage and process reports for expenses and travels

- Assist with accounts reconciliations and period end close

Requirements:

- Degreed in Accounting with 2 + years experience (Software would be nice not a must)

- Ability to multi tasks and ability to work in a fast pace environment

- Ability learn and master new tasks quickly and solid interpersonal skills

- Working experience with Netsuite a plus and strong Excel skills required

- Effective communications skills, both verbal and written
