Job Description

( http://www.it-solutions.usa.siemens.com), The Call Coordinator will demonstrate an ability to interface and consult with all levels of Management and interface with Customer contacts, as a Strategic Business Partner. Each has a proven history of generating outstanding business results.
- Continuous queue monitoring and focus
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and keep up with existing team member productivity
- Ability to multi task and keep focused on objectives
- Microsoft office knowledge, Outlook & Excel musts
- Clarify knowledge is a plus
- Attendance is critical to being successful in this position
Schedule is Mon-Fri 11:30a-8:30p.
