Job Details:	Provides and documents care to patients under the direction of an appropriate clinical partner to include a safe, comfortable and confidential environment. Participates as a team member to ensure appropriate service to all internal/external customers. Performs other duties as assigned. Follows PPH rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws, and standards. Carries out the mission, vision, values, and quality commitment of PPH. Job Requirements Minimum Education: High School Diploma and/or combination of education and experience Preferred Education: Specialized vocational training in a Certified Nurse's Aide Program Minimum Experience: 0 - 1 year Preferred Experience: 1 - 2 years home health care Required Certification: American Heart Association Recognized BLS - Heartsaver Preferred Certification: Certified Nursing Aide Required License: Valid Driver's License Preferred License: Not Applicable
