STRATEGIC
ACCOUNT MANAGER
The
responsibility of the Strategic Account Manager is the ensure RedPrairie
provides the highest level of customer satisfaction and business value for our
customers. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and
growing RedPrairie’s long-term relationship with assigned customers
A
results-driven individual, you’ll find yourself involved in:
- Become a
trusted advisor that has global visibility into named accounts, learns the key
issues and challenges faced, and identifies opportunities for how RedPrairie
can address these challenges
- Ensure
RedPrairie meets the high expectations of its customers by establishing a
strong relationship with key executive stakeholders of named accounts
- Work with
customers to develop/monitor KPI’s around RedPrairie’s performance, the value
delivered, and overall customer satisfaction
- Communicate
potential opportunities to RedPrairie sales and/or services teams across the
entire spectrum of the RedPrairie capabilities.
- Coordinate
and leverage the full capabilities of RedPrairie to ensure the delivery of
world class services and support
- Prepare and
facilitate quarterly business reviews for named accounts
- Keep
accounts up-to-date on RedPrairie-related news, including product roadmap
- Coordinate
with Product Management to capture needs for assigned vertical
- Coordinate
reference calls and marking-related initiatives (e.g. case study development,
video testimonials, and speaking opportunities)
- Arrange and
drive regular executive meetings with customers
We’re
looking for an insightful, persistent fact-finder and forecaster with:
- Bachelor’s
Degree in related field
- 10+ years
of operational experience in relevant industry
- 5+ years
consulting/client relationship management experience with a consulting services
firm and/or enterprise software company
- Proven
experience managing relationships with large, complex organizations
- When
practical, references from these accounts with be required
- Strong
business and financial acumen
- Demonstrated
ability to work with and rally internal resources to serve the needs of
external customers
- Strong
verbal communications skills
- Proven
writing ability – writing samples may be required
- Travel up
to 80% annually
