RTR, a non-profit Human Service Agency, provides services to adults with Developmental Disabilities.



Great opportunity to work at a new residence for adult males with developmental disabilities which will be openning soon in Randolph. If you have experience in human service, are dependable and motivated the position of Case Manager offers great potential for advancement and life/work balance. A variety of schedules are available. Provide support, evaluation and treatment to people with developmental disabilites living in a community residential setting. Assist with daily activities such as community outings, appointments, meetings etc. General housekeeping, cooking, laundry etc. Provide assistance with personal care as needed which may include toileting, showers, shaving, wheelchair transfer etc. Develop and implement behavior plan intervention strategies. Good communication and writing skills required to maintain documentation, participate in meetings, and be a positive liaison with team members. Maintain a valid drivers license, prev experience preferred, CORI, driving record and education varification will be reviewed. Other locations throughout the South Shore are also available.
