External Description: Providence is calling for a Home Health Aide (C.N.A.)
The Home Health Hospice Aide will be apart of the multidisciplinary team of clinicians caring for patients in their homes or facility. This position will work full-time and perform basic personal care and, such as assisting with bathing and grooming, exercises under the supervision of a skilled clinician.
We're seeking an individual who performs all duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and reflects the Mission and Philosophy of our founders, the Sisters of Providence.
Position Specifics.
This position will work for Providence SoundHomeCare & Hospice in Olympia, WA. This is an On-call opportunity working throughout Mason County.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: A High School diploma or GED.
Licenses/Certifications: Must have a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure. Must have current CPR card and current WA State driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Experience: Must have at least 2 years experience, with a preference for candidates with experience with the geriatric population.
