Are you looking for the chance to use your friendly, courteous, customer focused skills? Our NAPA Territory Sales Managers are ambitious go-getters who promote the entire NAPA line of products and services to store personnel, store owners and employees.

As a NAPA Territory Sales person you will promote the entire NAPA line of products and programs to each of the NAPA stores on the northern coast.

You will work with the local store managers to develop plans, communicate programs and provide training.

This role will allow you the opportunity to perform educational seminars, clinics and presentations on NAPA product lines and services.
Must have a valid driver's license

Great communication and listening skills and a professional appearance is a MUST.

Must be able to perform in a quota driven environment.

Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Willingness and ability to learn, with great problem solving skills.

Pre-employment drug-screen and background checks are required.

Minimum age is 18.

Auto Part knowledge is highly recommended
