A growing company in North Nassau County is looking for a Senior Property Accountant/ Assistant Controller to oversee all accounting functions for mulitple commercial properties. MUST HAVE commercial real estate experience. The ideal candidate will be able to reconcile tenant accounts receivable, schedule out numerous reconciliations with regards to various aspect of the properties. Must have an understanding and ability to prepare projections and cash flows. Must be able to communicate financial information to the principals.

Must have 3+ years of relevant experience!!

Basic understanding of taxation related to real estate.

Must have utilized QuickBooks and real estate tax software.

Hours 9-6 (and extended when necessary)
