Maintenance Supervisor



The Maintenance Supervisor position reports to the Maintenance Manager, and is responsible for a team of Maintenance Technicians performing support activity in a leading International Manufacturing company.

Establish realistic detailed work objectives for your maintenance team (consists of 15-25 employees) to support plant production requirements. Emphasis on preventative & predictive maintenance (TPM) and management techniques of planning, organizing, monitoring, and performing work plans.

The position is located in Southern Iowa.


Job Requirements include:
BS/AS Technical degree or Apprenticeship equivalent
5 plus years maintenance experience, including supervision
