National Customer Service Manager will lead customer service team with order fullfillment & demand.



Our client, a national manufacturer of industrial specialized commodities, is seeking a new National Manager of Customer Service to manage and lead their customer service team.

About the opportunity:

National Manager of Customer Service will report to the Director of Supply Chain while leading Customer Service Team Leads. In charge of Coaching and Training for entire customer service team. In charge of order placement and delivery requirements to meet customers inventory needs. Identify, create, and lead projects to improve customer service fulfillment goals. Manage the communications between customer service and other departments. Manage and audit the entire order management process. Responsible for managing the customer complaint process and its outcome. The primary goal of this position is to create a customer service team and procedures that becomes a major asset to clients operations and a strong selling point for sales. Knowing how to lead a customer service team that works with commercial and industrial clients and exceeding expectations with customer service are the primary requirements for this position.

Position requirements:

· 4-year degree in Business Administration or related field. Highly prefer MBA candidates.

· 7 or more years of progressive experience with Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Demand.

· Experience in manufacturing with supply chain demand planning with commercial &/or industrial sales.

· Strong understanding of customer service satisfaction and exceeding expectations.

· Dynamic team leader with strong people, leadership, and motivational skills.

· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word Access, and SAP.

· Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
