Nurse Practitioner

Job Description:
Examines patients to determine presence of illness, utilizing physical findings, laboratory results, medical history, ascertains nature and extent of illness and prescribes treatments and instructs patients in health promotion and disease prevention as indicated.Provide comprehensive medical services, screening and education using independent observation and judgment in evaluating patients and designing programs of care.Develops and institutes appropriate treatment plans per protocol with the Medical Director. Treatment will include the care of acute and chronic medical problems.Completes patients' comprehensive health history summary and physical examinations; responsible for clinical resumes for discharged patients. The qualified candidate must possess a CA RN license, FNP certificate
