POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Serves as the on-site administrative resource for Northridge Hospital Medical Center Patient Care Services during evenings, nights, weekends, holidays and other designated time periods. Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Administration or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for those currently, actively pursuing a degree program.
Min. five (5) years recent experience as a RN with two (2) years management experience, preferably in large Hospital/acute care environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Must be committed to quality, patient care/customer service. RN w/current CA license req'd. CPR and fire card req'd.
