Duties:
-Overall management of Liberty Online Admissions -Manage Associate Director and Senior Associate Director of Admissions -Report and manage overall productivity and efficiency of new enrollment team -Develop outbound call strategies to maximize penetration of admissions / new enrollment student population -Coordinate with Academic departments to roll out and provide updates on all new programs and degrees -Review and coordinate with marketing department to roll out all new marketing materials and promotions -Work with Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that overall strategy for quality in New Enrollment team is optimal. Roll out new strategies to improve overall quality -Coordinate with Director of Processing to ensure that all documentation for admissions is processing efficiently -Develop strategies and promotions for encouraging first time enrollment of students -Develop and execute marketing communication plans for recruitment, admissions and new enrollment of students -Plan and coordinate with training department to implement new hire and continuing training for staff -Coordinate with Director of Financial Aid, Registrar Office and Student Accounts to ensure that staff is up to date on all processing and procedures -Manage all scholarship applications and maintenance -Point of contact for Banner operating system updates and roll outs -Interview and process hiring paperwork for all new hires -Liaison for academic department for Graduate Academic Council, Grad Senate and Undergraduate Councils *HJ
