Enterprise Messaging and Archive Engineer - must have specific experience with messaging archival.



This role is a long term contract (18 months) and will involve high level Enterprise Messaging/Archival engineering. The ideal candidate will be involved in the solutions engineering and support of a highly complex Messaging Environment - consisting of 3rd party applications for messaging, archiving, security, storage, encryption and retrieval of emails - sms messages - digital voicemail - etc. This is in support of a user environment in excess of 20,000.Will be responsible for administering and supporting all functions associated with this environment including security, policy, audit, change control, design of new environments, and maintenance of existing production systems.Must be strong in a Windows based architecture - have deep knowledge of MS Exchange from an enterprise messaging perspective, 3rd party controls and applications for archival, email control, encryption, etc.At least 3 years experience in supporting scalable, mission critical messaging environment• At least 2 years of experience with email archiving• At least 2 years of experience with analyzing logs and determining database maintenance• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Exchange and Outlook and email archiving software• Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007• Experience with email archiving and encryption solutions (Assentor Archive and Discovery, ZL Technologies Unified Archive, Rights Management Services, Voltage)• Experience with meeting corporate audit and security standards
