Coordinate the development of system project-specific work plans, task sequencing, the extent to which tasks can be performed concurrently. Develop and maintain associated project plan templates. Monitor resources utilization and costs. Experience with Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) is required Required Minimum Education: High School diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Four years equivalent work experience in lieu of education will be considered. Required Minimum Experience: A minimum of eight years of progressive experience in information systems, nursing informatics,industrial engineering, management engineering, or business administration with information systems project management experience required. Including a minimum of six years experience providing application support, development and maintenance with a proven ability to troubleshoot and design applications required. Experience with Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) required. Proven experience with standardizing order sets into a standard set of orders to be used across multiple facilities. Additional experience with Orders, OrderSets, & Power Plans to include standardized codesets, order entry formats and order sentences. Eight years of applicable experience in lieu of education will be considered. Staff supervision experience strongly recommended. Required Minimum Skills: A minimum of eight years of progressive experience in information systems, nursing informatics, industrial engineering, management engineering, or business administration with information systems project management experience required. Including a minimum of six years experience providing application support, development and maintenance with a proven ability to troubleshoot and design applications required.
