Clinician for FACTS program



Chestnut Health Systems is a leading provider of behavioral health care services. Over the course of 35 years, Chestnut has grown to over 700 committed, compassionate employees providing care at multiple substance abuse and mental health treatment centers in Central and Southern Illinois. Chestnut also conducts research and training throughout the U.S., as well as provides employee assistance programs internationally.

We have a part-time position available to work in the Family and Child Treatment Services (FACTS) program. FACTS is a collaborative partnership between Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation, Chestnut Healthcare Systems and Children’s Research Triangle designed to provide psychological assessment and therapeutic services to children who have been affected by methamphetamine and other substances of abuse. Responsibilities include providing individual and group psychotherapy services in their St. Louis metro-east clinic to families involved with FACTS. Qualifications include LCSW, LSW or LCPC with at least 2 years experience working with children, extensive experience working with childhood trauma and evidence-based treatment approaches, excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to travel between multiple locations for speaking engagement or to provide treatment services. Candidate must have the ability to work between two systems to coordinate and problem solve administrative and clinical issues with co-workers and supervisors. Send cover letter and resume to DEPT.
