SUMMARY
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives. Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Trains junior level personnel in technical complexities of assigned work.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university plus 3 years of Information Systems experience or Production Support experience.
• Experience with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
