Senior Business Leader, Visa Marketing Consulting advances Visa Inc.'s corporate goals through the execution of marketing consulting engagements and marketing programs that drive incremental Visa revenue as well as contribute to financial institution clients' key business priorities. Senior Business Leader is responsible for client-facing engagements for a specific Visa Financial Institution client.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Client to identify areas of alignment and opportunity appropriate for Visa Marketing Consulting engagements.
- Lead, develop and execute against an annual marketing plan and budget. Prioritize new opportunities based on mutual business objectives and strategies.
- Leverage innovation and creativity on a day to basis by routinely recommending new ideas and solutions to drive better consulting engagements.
- Use industry and client data to deliver relevant insights and opportunities to the client.
- Utilize the internal Visa network, e.g. market research, product and brand marketing, and key agencies to drive and execute initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- 10+ years business experience, with majority in marketing or consulting roles that involved marketing or business strategy, market research, innovation, product launches and planning
- Four year college degree required; MBA preferred
- Payments or other financial services experience a plus
- Excellent track record of developing and executing fact or insight based marketing strategies that delivered measurable business results
- Ability to quickly identify business opportunities from a broad range of data/information from clients, competitors, industry etc and translate those opportunities into actionable and effective client engagements
- Work, engage and foster a collaborative environment to deliver relevant projects, initiatives and insights
- Executive presence and the ability to build and maintain key marketing relationships with a major Client
- Demonstrate a strong, fact-based POV
- 10-30% travel required.
