Position Profile
Works in partnership with the Business Unit Administrator to ensure quality and efficiency in the management of patient care. This includes the management and development of nursing staff, contributes to strategic planning of business unit and the role of nursing within Scripps Clinic. Participates in budget planning and management. Takes proactive initiative in quality management. As a team member, you will play an important role by collaborating with others and contributing toward our mission and values.

Current CA RN license.


BLS from American Heart Association. Five years previous management experience in healthcare. Must be computer literate and have a working knowledge or understand general principles of the electronic health record and other practice management applications.
