HR Manager, Organizational Development

Summary of position:

As part of the Leadership & Organization in development of a clear Learning and Organization Development strategy across Regional Functions and gain the support and engagement of the key stakeholders. Build close relationships with business management to translate overall organization and RBU [LATAM) strategic needs into clear and implementable programs and solutions. Build close relationships within the Leadership & Organization Development, working to understand changes and enhancements to offerings and their regional implications while avoiding unnecessary duplication of activity. Develop cost-effective, high-impact solutions that address business critical business issues.

Key Responsibilities:

oCollaborate with business and HR leaders to diagnose and consult on large-scale organization development issues in Medical Devices with an eye toward Innovation

oAdvise and consult with business and HR leaders regarding optimal organization design, structures, roles & responsibilities to enable successful change initiatives

oBuild on core content, templates, and methodologies developed by the CoE to evolve a rich OD toolkit and programs, and make them available across Regional Functions.

oTransfer knowledge to HR and the businesses to facilitate capability-building and sustained behavior change

oEnsure that systems and processes are aligned/streamlined to efficiently and effectively meet the needs of the business

oAs appropriate, manage a cadre of external vendors/consultants who will support the enabling of large-scale organizational change initiatives, can scale across the geographies and languages, understand the business, and are a strong cultural fit so that they seamlessly fit with internal processes.

oUse an effective evaluation / business impact process, that will allow the organization to determine ROI and ongoing continuous improvement of programs and interventions

oAs required, lead the tailoring, adaptation, and implementation of key development programs in line with core global curricula and regional/business specific needs
