Requirements

Long Description: Responsible for reviewing and approving drug orders, compounding and dispensing medications and for providing drug information to physicians, nurses, and patients. Knowledge of pharmacy principles and procedures.

Licensure: Must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Tennessee as a pharmacist.

Education: PharmD or BS degree in pharmacy. PharmD is preferred
