BILINGUAL (SPANISH) INSURANCE PRODUCER



Work for a State Farm Agent as an inside sales & service associate. Provide quality service to customers who call or walk into the agent’s office. Identify client needs and position additional State Farm products.

  1. Fluent in Spanish is required.
  2. Experience in sales and or customer service.
  3. Knowledge of personal lines insurance products
  4. Experience in uncovering the customers needs.
  5. Ability to get state producer license (Property & Casualty / Life & Health)

· Service and up sell State Farm products to existing clients

· Work with new clients to quote their insurance and process new business applications.

· Contact current customers to generate sales appointments and referrals.

· Meet or exceed sales goals.

· Provide support for customers with questions or concerns.

· Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service and utilize it as a basis for establishing a marketing opportunity.

· Work with office computer systems to update all customer information.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent
