JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work with patients by telephone. Assist them with securing benefits from Medicaid and charity programs. The goal is to help them receive coverage for their medical related expenses. Work with the agencies that provide the benefits and serve as a referral base for other services found in the community. We are seeking individuals who have Medicaid program/process knowledge. • High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Degree is preferred but is not required
• Background with Medicaid program eligibility a +
• Bilingual skills helpful
• Social Service experience is a plus
• Must be a good communicator
