| Job Description ACCOUNT ANALYST-0900195 Description Manages the internal execution of the business relationship between Timken and assigned customer accounts by working with other functional areas to meet account needs. The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated, solutions oriented, customer relationship builder with a commitment to professional development.
- Establish and cultivate the relationships with key individuals vertically and horizontally in the organization.
- Maximize business with existing and potential customers by developing long-term business relationships and delivering business solutions to improve performance and reliability of customers' supply chain.
- Understand and be able to communicate to the customer the commercial aspects, features, benefits of Timken products and services.
- Obtain the highest price for our products through value selling and understanding competitive alternatives in the marketplace.
- Understand Timken's structure and strategies and how to leverage in the market.
Qualifications Requirements:
U.S. citizen or green card holder
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Engineering with 0-2 years experience.
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Desired:
Previous customer account handling experience; Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), incl data management
