Our client is looking for an outstanding LEAD INSTALLER to join their established and growing company!

Their expertise is in Warehouse Design, Professional Installations, Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems.

In this position you will be involved in the following:

  • Must have supervision and management experience.
  • Responsible for supervising the installation and tear down process of Warehouse Systems from start to finish all across the United States consisting of conveyor lines, industrial shelving and racking.
  • Supervising anywhere from 2 to 15 Installation Specialists
  • Autocad experienced in order to read warehouse layouts
  • Candidate will have to be a great problem solver!
  • Hands-on Team Lead working side by side with their direct reports.
  • This position requires Scissor lift and Forklift experience.
  • Heights range from 10-40 feet in the air.
  • 1 to 10 years experience and knowledge in the field of warehouse design and installation.
  • ROAD WARRIOR REQUIRED AS THIS POSITION REQUIRES CONTINUAL TRAVEL!
  • Bilingual in Spanish a Plus!
  • Position is Temp-hire.
  • Company Paid Travel plus per diem. (Company Car and cell phone provided)
  • Great Company Benefits Offered
  • Work Hours: 40 to 70 per week/Overtime Required
  • Hours worked over 40 are paid time and a half, and holiday work is paid double.
  • A background for felonies and misdemeanor will be processed.
  • Drug Screen Required
