Hardware Design Staff Engineer

STMicroelectronics Storage Products Group has a need for a Hardware Design Engineer in our Longmont office.

Job Description

• Contributes to the hardware definition requirements, particularly in terms of technical solutions. Designs integrated circuits in compliance with the approved specifications and the performance requirements for testability, efficiency, and cost. Design and Integration of IP supplied by multiple in-house and external providers.
• Experience with VHDL or Verilog RTL design,
• Arm CPU or DDR PHY
• DC or DC-T, NCSIM, Prime Time, and Formality hands-on experience.
• TetraMax and Physical design experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills required.

Education

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the semiconductor or closely related industry.
• BSEE degree is required
