Our client is a large electrical distributor who treats their people great. They also reward their employees for a job well-done. Judging from the base salary range ($70k-90k) and the opportunity to earn up to another 50% of that, this is a great opportunity.

How about PAID RELOCATION!!!

The must-haves for this positions are:

• 5-10 years in a management role within the electrical wholesale industry
• Experience in P&L and/or financials
• Operationally sound
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Utility, Commercial or Industrial experience
• Residency in or near the Orlando, Ocala or Tampa areas, or be willing to relocate there

This is a fast hire. If you meet the requirements, we will discuss your experience and resume with you. If it is a fit, you will speak with a high-level representative of the company. If you two still determine there is a fit, you will be invited for one meeting . If it works you will THEN be offered a position. No waiting around for weeks or months here. We will know quickly.

This is a successful and prosperous location. You will be taking over for an existing Branch Manager moving up within the company. You will be expected to maintain and grow the store-taking it to the next level. If you can do that, then you will be high on the corporate radar for promotions. This is a high profile position with the next step being a District Manager position and then further up the ranks.

Along with a generous base salary, you will have full PPO health benefits, eye, dental, and a 401k plan.

Reasonable relocation expenses are provided. The company may provide temporary housing while you locate a suitable residence. Few companies are doing this lately.
