Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer/ President

SIHF has an immediate F/T opening for a friendly, customer service focused team player.

  • Responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer/ President & Administrative Management Team.
  • Required to resolve complex administrative problems.
  • Effectively manage all aspects of the CEO/ President's office.
  • Ability to handle a wide rang of administrative & executive support related tasks & ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Exceedingly well organized, flexible & enjoy administrative challenges.
  • Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful & efficient, with a high level of professionalism & confidentiality is crucial in this role.
  • Expert level written & verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability & attention to detail are equally important.

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years experience at the executive level, three (3) of which must include supervision, organization, coordination & performance of duties required. Experience with computer systems & working knowledge of administrative procedures & scheduling management.
