Global Senior Safety Specialist

Our client is a global biotechnology company on the East Coast with a strong commitment to patients, successful marketed products, as well as a robust pipeline including numerous late-stage products.

They have a key position for a Pharmacovigilance Senior Safety Specialist to join their Oncology team. Some relocation assistance will be provided for this role.

Some of the requirements and duties include:

  • 2+ years Pharmaceutical / Biotech experience with focus on Pharmacovigilance duties
  • Significant exposure to the drug development process
  • Proficient technical skills, particularly in databases and safety-related programs
  • Experience in the preparation, analyses, and follow-up of adverse event reports
  • Ensure all adverse events are received and processed per SOPs, and reported to the appropriate authorities and/or agencies
  • Experience in developing regulatory aggregate data reports and/or participation in development of IND , NDA or BLA applications desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field
