Maintenance Technician



Harmony Station Apartments

FT Maintenance Technician

Looking for a Maintenance Technician with 2+ year experience at apartment communities.

Maintenacne Tech will split the property in half (90 units each) with the other maintenance tech.

Responsible for all work orders and punch-outs for the assigned 90 units.

Shared responsibilty in keeping the shop organized. Will rotate on-call

The following qualifications are REQUIRED. If you do not meet all qulaifications, you will not be considered for the position

*HVAC Certification

* Have own truck and tools

* Experience in apartment maintenance

Excellent compensation package. $14-$16 per hour

Benefits include Medical, Dental, Life, 401K, Profit Sharing

Wellness Program (can earn up to $165 per month extra)

Bilingual Spanish a plus

Candidates must pass credit, criminal background, and drug test
