POSITION SUMMARY: The QA Manager will implement and monitor all actions required for quality assurance and will conduct periodic skills and performance evaluations, provide training opportunities and coach for top-level performance; responsible for ensuring that employees are adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures.
This individual will also be responsible for various Office Administration duties including facilitating the implementation of all policies and procedures developed by the Directors and the Executive Committee of the company, and for the provision of training and support of these policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation and Experience:
5 years of experience in quality assurance activities in the printing industry or the health care industry. Evidence of having sought and obtained additional education in quality system planning and implementation (Statistical Process Control, Total Quality Management, ISO 9000, team building, human resource development training, etc.) Some office administration experience is recommended but not required. -or- The equivalent of the above through on the job training and hands-on experience.
