About Us

EA & Partners is a recruiting service that specializes in placing native English teachers in private English language institutes located in South Korea . Position overview

Teachers will be dealing with simple conversational English expressions. Our partner schools teach students from Kindergarten through adults pupils. Most classes have between 4 and 10 students.

Basic Qualifications:

l Native proficiency in English as your first language

l At least a Bachelors Degree of any subject from accredited university

l Willing to relocate to South Korea

l One year teaching commitment (renewable)

l A valid American, Canadian or UK passport to travel abroad

l No criminal records except minor traffic violation

l A strong motivation to be a sincere, committed teacher with the interests of your students as your primary consideration

l A teaching certificate would be an asset, but is not a must

Benefits:

l Salary ranges USD 26,000~34,000 per annum. You can save more than a half, even to 2/3, of your annual income

l Furnished rent free housing

l Free round trip airfare

l No more than 30hrs/week, 120hrs/month contact teaching hours

l Overtime payment

l Health insurance

l Paid vacation and Korean national holidays observed

l Low cost of living, low income tax rate (3-5% of income)
