Responsible for contributing to one or more highly interactive scrum teams. Contributes to forecasting and delivers working codes and software through to completion. Operates in test driven development environments to utilize continuous integration and other software engineering best practices. Required to be on call for the support of systems responsible for or familiar with. Implements and supports composite solution components that form the fabric of the business support systems. Provides technical solutions to improve business efficiency and expand capabilities. Adheres to coding standards, patterns and practices. Participates in daily scrum meetings. Performs peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Provides accurate estimations of effort and complexity for product and sprint backlog items. Works closely with other Agile Scrum team members including but not limited to SCM, DBA, and QA. Gives guidance to others when needed in areas of software and code expertise.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; Minimum three years experience in software developer capacity; Composite, distributed and service based solutions and proficiency in Multi-threaded processing and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced comprehension of C # and/or C++. Proficiency in .Net required. Experience in either Widows Workflow Foundation, Windows Presentation Foundation or Windows Communication Foundation preferred. Proficiency in XML, XPath and or XQuery. Proficient in object serialization and de-serialization. Experience with SOAP and Web Services. Proficient in Direct show and COM is a plus.
