BRANCH MANAGER
Conyers Branch (Milstead Ave)

Responsibilities include:

  • Directing and administering of Branch operations, sales, service, goals, budgets and financial performance
  • Managing and coaching branch employees to success
  • Ensuring that members and prospective members are promptly and professionally served
  • Ensuring that established guidelines, policies and procedures are followed
  • Cross-selling products and services to promote and assist members while suggesting financial service solutions
  • Projecting and maintaining the Credit Union's professional reputation

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have the ability to develop and assist with market strategies to penetrate new member groups within market
  • Have 5+ years experience in financial and loan management preferrably with a credit union or banking institution
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Be a self-starter with excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products and internet
  • Branch management experience with a Credit Union or other financial services institution strongly preferred
