Manager with Sales Recession Proof Automotive Service

We are looking for individuals with management and sales experience to operate one of our production style auto paint shops. No automotive or paint and body experience is necessary.

Our business is recession proof, we are experiencing record sales and expanding.

The successful candidate for this position will be proactive rather than reactive, and will possess the following skills, abilities and qualities:

Capacities:

Must understand the importance of closing the sale.

Must be able to learn beginner paint chemistry.

Must be able to prepare, read and understand repair orders.

Must be able to write regular employee reviews and incident reports.


Attitude:

Must be positive and upbeat.

Must be friendly and outgoing.

Must be motivated and ambitious.

Must have great integrity and be dependable.

Must be customer service oriented.



Personality:

Must be assertive.

Must be adaptable.

Must have good self control.


Skills:

Must have sales ability.

Must have basic computer skills.

Must have leadership ability.

Must be organized and able to organize a team.


Pay is base salary plus commissions, plus bonuses.

Health insurance plan. One week paid vacation after six months, two weeks after one year and three weeks after five years.

Must be willing to train in varied locations (during initial 60-90 day training period only) including out of state for up to a week at a time.
