Bachelor’s Degree is required or equivalent experience Our client is looking for someone who has formal Business Analysis experience and can demonstrate formal Business Process principals in gathering Requirements for projects. This person will also be key for helping set the Business Process capability and tone at the company, and will help formalize and coach other Systems Analysis personnel to adopt and use the new company's Requirement's document template and processes. Analyzes user department processes and procedures and recommends solutions to enhance operating effectiveness and efficiency. Under minimal supervision, designs, analyzes, recommends and, where appropriated, implements computer hardware and software systems that support operational and administrative functions of assigned users. Define business process improvements and specifications for new systems, products, and enhancements. Manages projects as appropriate, evaluates user's requests for system modification and recommends personal computer, minicomputer, client/server and mainframe computer information systems for business and education users to appropriate management. Acts as a project leader to coordinate complex tasks and specialized services. Works with staff to ensure that user needs are met in a time manner. Analyze business processes and develop business cases. Recommend business and IT process improvements. Define business processes. Ensure technical design and development meets business needs. Evaluate how well solutions meet business needs Serves as the primary contact between assigned users and Information Technology Division.
