UnitedHealth Group has submitted a proposal in response to the TriCare Managed Care Support Contract Solicitation (also known as the "T-3 Solicitation"). TriCare is the health care program serving active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, retirees, their families, survivors and certain former spouses.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- IBM mainframe experience - 5 yrs experience
- Familiarity with both system and hardware console operations - 5yrs experience
- Be proficient with MVS, JES, and CICS commands - 5yrs experience
- Experience using TSO/SDSF. - 5yrs experience
- JCL experience - 5yrs experience
Assets:
- Experience with OPC and/or CA7 or other scheduling tool
- Experience with the use of TMON or other monitoring tools
- Experience with a incident/problem management tool
