A&P Mechanics:
- A&P Mechanics to perform heavy checks on commercial aircraft.
- 5 years 757, A319, and A320 experience required.
- Must be able to perform intermediate/heavy maintenance tasks with no supervision.
- Must be able to perform flight control and engine throttle rigging.
- Reads and interprets aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
- Modifies aircraft structures, space vehicles, systems, or components, following drawings, engineering orders and technical publications.
- Examines and inspects engines or other components for cracks, breaks, or leaks.
- Tests engine and system operations, using testing equipment, and listens to engine sounds to detect and diagnose malfunctions.
Sheet Metal/Structural Mechanics:
- At least 5 years of C&D check experience on commercial aircraft.
- Must be able to use all tech data and aircraft drawings to locate part numbers and accomplish repairs.
- Must be able to fabricate parts.
- Perform maintenance IAW FAA approved technical data.
- Reads work orders, blueprints, and specifications or examines sample or damaged part or structure to determine repair or fabrication procedures and sequence of operations.
- Repair body or structure of aircraft according to specifications.
- Reinstalls repaired or replacement parts for subsequent riveting or welding, using clamps and wrenches.
Interior Mechanics:
- Must have at least 3 years experience.
- Perform removal, inspection, repair and instillation of aircraft interior components, including: overhead bins, galleys, lavatories, windows, ceiling panels, sidewall panels, cockpit panels, and seats.
Avionic Technicians:
- Avionics Technicians with at least 2 years of C&D check experience.
- Within budgeted or estimated time, repair, modify, install, and perform routine maintenance of all Avionics systems with accuracy and with minimal assistance.
- Accurately interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, system schematics, drawings, engineering orders and other documents from both the customer and company.
- Properly utilize Avionics test equipment to perform systems test and keep abreast of new and advanced test equipment and the use of such equipment.
- Fabricate per drawings and standard practices wire bundles and assemblies to include marking of wires, properly securing wires into bundles, and termination of wires into a variety of contacts and connectors.
